4. How long does it take to prepare my order?

Your order will be prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Return and Refunds:

1. Didn’t receive a confirmation e-mail

Check your email spam box. If you still can't find it, please send us your name and e-mail address associated with the purchase.

2. Cancel my order

To proceed with the cancellation, you need to:

 

  • Go to your profile
  • Select your purchase
  • Select “cancel purchase”

Once we confirm the cancellation, we’ll process the refund (if applicable) in accordance with our returns policy.

3. My order never arrived

We recommend contacting the carrier directly to see if there was an attempted delivery or if the order is being held at a specific location.

4. Something is wrong with my order

1. I want an item that is not on the website

Can’t find what you’re looking for? No problem! We’re constantly updating and restocking our collections.

If a product you’re interested in isn’t currently available on our website, feel free to contact us and let us know what you're looking for—we’ll do our best to help you find it and we’ll make sure to notify you when your desired piece is back.

In the meantime, feel free to explore our current selection and discover new pieces that might surprise you.

1. How do I return a product?

You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to return it for a refund.

All returns are subject to our original condition and Fair Use policies – check out our Returns Policy.

Once we've processed your return, your refund may take up to 10 working days to reach your account (this depends on your bank or payment provider).

 

All returned items will be inspected upon arrival. If our Quality Control team are unhappy with the condition an item has been returned in (e.g., tags have been removed, or there are signs of damage) and we’re unable to put it back into stock, we may not be able to accept your return.

2. Help me packing your return

Your label will be emailed to you - simply print it out and attach it to the front of your parcel. It's worth checking your junk and spam if you're having trouble finding it.

Please make sure all the items you’ve selected to return fit in one parcel. 

Please make sure your parcel doesn't exceed your chosen carrier’s size limits (otherwise the carrier may not be able to accept it).

Make sure to keep your proof of postage as we may need to have a look at it later. If your local postal service doesn't offer proof of postage and you've created your returns label online, you can track your return using the tracking number generated by our returns portal.

3. Can I have a refund?

If you returned your order using a trackable returns method, you’ll be able to follow the progress of your parcel. 

After your return is received and processed at our warehouse, it may take up to 10 working days for your refund to reach your account depending on your bank/card issuer.
